Spawn at zone zero, take the pistol, bat, and syringe, and loot the flagged house or the 7-Eleven. Skip trash. Heal with items, because health does not come back on its own. Leave through an exit when the bag is full or big dogs close in. Sell at a cat shop, then buy backpack space before you ride the elevator into the dog world.
